Avoid superposition of high stress areas
There is stress concentration in the opening or connecting area, edge stress in the connection between the head and the cylinder, stress concentration in the connection area between the support and the cylinder, and stress concentration at the welding seam of the cylinder. These areas are staggered during structural design. For example, the openings shall not be opened on the welding seam of the cylinder or the transition area of the head; the distance between the openings shall meet the requirements of the standard and shall not be too close;
The support must not be welded to the longitudinal weld of the cylinder, and a certain distance from the head, etc., to prevent stress superimposition.
